ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR WESLEY UNIVERSITY
The minimum admission requirements for undergraduate programs at Wesley University
include the following:
100 Level:
- A candidate should have the SSCE/NECO/GCE or equivalent with credit passes in five subjects in not more than two sittings including English and Mathematics.
- A candidate should have an acceptable score in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
200 Level (Direct Entry):
- A pass at Lower Credit/Merit level in relevant National Diploma programme or equivalent NCE (JUPEP & IJEMB) in addition to meeting the Ordinary Level requirements for admission into undergraduate programmes;
- Two “A” Level passes in relevant subjects with SSCE/NECO/GCE “O” Level credit passes in 5 subjects obtained in not more than two sittings;
- Three “A” Level passes in relevant subjects with SSCE/NECO/GCE “O” Level credit passes in 3 subjects obtained in not more than two sittings; and
- In all cases, an “O” Level credit in English Language and Mathematics shall be required.
HOW TO APPLY
Application is done online via their portal. Follow the steps below to apply:
- Visit the university’s application portal.
- Fill and Submit the application form with the required details. You will need to upload clear copies of: 2025 JAMB UTME Result Slip, O’Level Result(s), Birth Certificate, Recent Passport Photograph, Reference Letters/Testimonial from last school. For Direct Entry: ND/NCE/IJMB/JUPEB or A-Level results
- Pay the application fee afterwards save and upload evidence of payment/transaction receipt.
- Print a copy of your completed application form and acknowledgment slip for record-keeping.
- You will receive an email or SMS confirming receipt of your application.
- Follow up for any additional screening or interview schedules
