INTRODUCTION

The Bill and Melinda Gates College of Health Sciences and Technology is officially taking applications for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The Bill and Melinda Gates College is inviting qualified candidates to apply for admission into its NBTE-accredited programs, offering a broad array of options for aspiring healthcare professionals.

The College was established initially for the training of “Nurses’ aides” (now known as Junior Community Health Extension Workers (JCHEWS), later the school expanded and introduced more courses such as Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW) and Medical Laboratory Assistants.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• You are expected to enter not more than two sittings of O’level Examination results
• In addition to the above, You are expected to enter grade details of relevant O’level results (SSCE/WAEC/GCE/NECO etc).
• You are also required to specify the centre number and exam number of all the results you have entered.

HOW TO APPLY

1. ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

The first step is to visit the portal the you would be required to enter your Name, a valid email address and a valid phone number as this would be needed for subsequent communication with you. Afterward you will be redirected to the welcome page.

2. PAYMENT

It’s important you verify the information you entered on the page, then the next step would be to choose a payment option. Following a successful transaction, you would continue by completing your application.

3. UPLOADING PASSPORT

You would be required to upload your recent passport photograph and it is important it’s clear with a plain background. The picture should be a JPEG or PNG format.

4. CHOICE OF PROGRAMME

You are required to select the choice of your programme of study from the list of available programmes.

5. APPLICATION SUBMISSION

After filling all the necessary information, you should submit the application by clicking on the ‘Submit’ button. Before final submission of the application, cross check to ensure all the information are correct.

6. PRINTING OF APPLICATION FORM

After successful submission of the application, your application page is displayed and you would be able to print it. The Serial Number on your slip is your Application ID.

 After completing the online application and payment processes, candidates seeking Admission into HND or DEGREE programs of the institution are expected to forward the academic transcripts officially from their institutions and addressed to:
