Nigerian Army College of Nursing is one of the foremost military nursing schools in Nigeria which aims to produce efficient Nurses and Midwives capable of providing top notch healthcare services for the Nigerian Army and the larger Nigerian Society. It is a nursing institution under the Nigerian Army Medical Corps, located in Myhoung Barracks, Yaba, Lagos.

OVERVIEW
The Nigerian Army College of Nursing recently announced the commencement of admissions for the 2025/2026 academic session. This was done via the Nigerian army’s X handle and was signed by the institution’s acting registrar, Lt Col R.O Duoboye.
The college is offering National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), and Community Nursing programmes to all interested applicants and it is open to military and paramilitary personnel as well as civilians. The sale of forms started on the 23rd of June 2025 and is scheduled to end on the 7th of August 2025.

HOW TO APPLY
Prospective candidates can obtain the application form via the college’s official website after which they are required to upload the necessary documents listed above alongside a passport photograph.
A screening examination will be conducted for the applicants from August 18 to August 21, 2025, at the NACON Complex. Following this the shortlisted candidates would be interviewed and successful applicants would be shortlisted and offered admission.
Candidates are advised to come for their screening on the specified dates and time given to them. The college has also issued a stern warning to applicants against dealing with unauthorized admission agents to avoid fraud.
